  Ordered online for store pickup Jan 17th, charged my credit card on the 17th was suppose to pickup order on 24th. Have called twice to store, and texted twice. Given bad info everytime, just to get me off the phone. Now Feb 2nd and still no bathtub, no promised calls from management, no email updates. Lowes is worthless to me. Spending $6000 on improvements, heading back to Home Depot from now on, no problems with them. Finally got call from store on Feb 5th, toilet not in yet, I ordered a bathtub, oh ok we will look for that. Found it.
